1. About the website

The website supports peaceful, democratic and constitutional public-policy awareness, discussion and voluntary citizen participation. It does not provide a government service and does not create membership in a government body, political party or statutory organisation.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of accepting these terms. If you are under 18, use the website and submit forms only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. By submitting information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully, respectfully and without harming another person, community, system or the movement.

• Do not impersonate another person, submit false supporter or donation records, reuse another person’s secure status link, or misrepresent a certificate.
• Do not upload or send unlawful, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, infringing, malicious or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access the admin area, scrape protected data, disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, or overload forms.
• Do not use movement branding or content to imply an endorsement, office, authority, fundraising mandate or official affiliation that has not been expressly granted in writing.

4. Supporter registration, petitions and certificates

A supporter registration or petition signature records a voluntary expression of support. A “Founding Supporter” number, petition signature number, downloadable certificate or signing slip is a digital recognition or record item only. It is not a government certificate, identity document, membership card, employment credential, proof of legal status, or guarantee of any right or benefit.

We may correct duplicate, fraudulent, abusive or technically erroneous registrations or signatures and may suspend certificate or slip access where reasonably necessary. Do not alter or present a certificate or petition slip deceptively.

5. Donations and UPI submissions

Contributions are voluntary and do not purchase goods, services, influence, membership rights or a guaranteed outcome. Payment is completed through your UPI application, bank or payment provider; their terms and security processes apply.

The website records a UTR or transaction reference for manual review. A submitted claim is not approved until an administrator verifies it. An approved downloadable receipt is an acknowledgement only and is not an income-tax deduction certificate or a promise of eligibility under section 80G or any similar provision.

Verify the displayed UPI ID and amount before paying. Never share a UPI PIN. For a duplicate, mistaken or disputed payment, contact us promptly with the transaction reference. Any correction or refund will be considered according to the verified facts, available funds and applicable law; bank or provider charges and timelines may also apply.

6. User messages and submissions

You retain ownership of original content you send. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, review, reproduce and use it only as reasonably necessary to respond, operate the requested feature, maintain records, secure the service and comply with law. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, graphics, logo treatment, certificates and code are owned by or licensed to RHA and are protected by applicable law. You may share public page links and your own generated certificate for non-commercial, truthful participation. Other reproduction, commercial use, alteration or misleading use requires prior written permission.

8. Third-party services

The website may link to Instagram, X, WhatsApp, UPI applications, banks and other external services. We do not control their availability, content, data practices or transactions and are not responsible for actions taken solely by those providers. A link does not automatically mean endorsement.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature; correct errors; change content; or restrict abusive access. We aim for continuity but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. Important records should not be stored solely on this website.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis for information and participation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, external services, unauthorised sharing of a secure link, or reliance on general information.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights that applicable law gives you mandatorily.

11. Responsibility for breach

You are responsible for loss or claims directly caused by your unlawful use, fraud, infringement, security attack or material breach of these terms. Any request for indemnification will remain subject to applicable law, due process and proof of loss.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by emailing reservationhataomovement@protonmail.com. Unresolved disputes will be subject to courts or forums having competent jurisdiction in India, without taking away any mandatory remedy available under applicable law.

13. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the website or law changes. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms for future use. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
