Reservation Hatao Movement is presented as an independent citizen-led initiative for peaceful, democratic and constitutional discussion of public policy. Unless a page expressly states otherwise and provides verifiable authority, this is not an official website of the Government of India, any State Government, ministry, commission, court, constitutional body, political party or educational institution.
Names, emblems or references to public institutions may be used only for factual discussion and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or approval.
2. Policy discussion, not hostility
Content addresses policy design, equality of opportunity, merit, education and constitutional reform. It must not be interpreted as a statement about the dignity, citizenship, rights or worth of any caste, tribe, class, religion, region or individual.
The movement does not authorise hate speech, discrimination, harassment, violence, unlawful action or targeting of protected communities. Users remain responsible for how they represent or share the content.
3. General information only
Website material is for general awareness and civic discussion. It is not legal, constitutional, financial, tax, investment, educational-admission or professional advice. Laws, court decisions, government data and policies can change. Consult the relevant official source or a qualified professional before acting on a specific matter.
4. Accuracy and updates
We aim to use responsible and current information but do not guarantee that every statement, statistic, translation, link or page is complete, current or error-free. 5. Supporter numbers and certificates
Supporter totals reflect website records and may change after duplicate, abuse or technical-error review. Digital badges and certificates are symbolic acknowledgements generated by this website. They are not government records, identity documents, academic credentials, legal membership proof or evidence of entitlement.
6. Donations and receipts
A contribution is voluntary. The website does not guarantee a particular campaign result or policy outcome. A submitted UTR remains pending until manually reviewed. Any receipt issued after approval is a contribution acknowledgement, not a tax-exemption certificate and not a representation of eligibility for an income-tax deduction.
UPI and banking transactions are handled by third-party providers. Confirm the UPI ID and recipient before payment, never reveal a UPI PIN, and contact the bank or payment provider immediately for suspected fraud or an unauthorised transaction.

Links to Instagram, X, WhatsApp, UPI applications, news, research or other websites are provided for convenience or reference. External content, availability, security, privacy and opinions are controlled by their respective operators. Inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
8. Images and creative material
Some photographs, artwork, composites or backgrounds may be licensed, edited, digitally created or generated with artificial-intelligence tools for illustrative communication. Illustrative visuals should not be treated as documentary evidence of a specific event, person, crowd size or endorsement unless clearly identified as such.
